Agnesa Secerkadic
I am a social scientist, a dynamic strategist, a trusted communicator and speaker, a culture translator, a team leader, and a collaborator with clarity and purpose.
As a global, cross-sector, and multilingual leader and facilitator with a deep understanding of the human condition, systemizing culture, and values in upscaling business, I am committed to supporting individuals and organizations in pursuing a positive impact, examining the interplay of human behavior, leveraging cultural intelligence, and identifying and co-creating solutions.
With diverse, in-depth experience in leading people, building multicultural and cross-disciplinary teams, implementing new emerging technologies, and advocating policy change over 25 years over different continents, my belief in engaging values-aligned, culturally centered, inclusive, and equitable mindsets, techniques, and tactics has broadened perspectives and made a lasting change across various organizations.
A personal note about me
I am a mother to two wonderful children, a sister, an anthropologist, an educator, a book lover, a world traveler, and a spiritual seeker.
